Meet Opi Jones

Hello!

I’m Opi, an HCPC-registered paediatric dietitian with more than four years of NHS experience, supporting babies, children and families with feeding, growth and allergy concerns.

I hold a BSc in Food and Nutrition and an MSc in Dietetics. Through my clinical work I have supported families with needs ranging from starting solids to faltering growth.

I am particularly interested in the careful dietetic management of cow's milk protein allergy and food allergy, working alongside appropriate medical assessment.

I am also a member of the British Dietetic Association. Alongside my professional experience, I bring a personal perspective as a mum, which helps me offer advice that is evidence-based, realistic and supportive for everyday family life.
